Takeda - San Diego East Building Projects
The project consisted of renovations and modifications to existing Lab and Office spaces.  The Work included design, demolition, drywall and framing, interior finishes, lab casework, chemical fume hoods, upgrades to and HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Systems.  All work was completed in an occupied building so dust and sound control was very important.  The value of the project was $0.5 Million.

Takeda - San Diego Control Area Additions
Takeda - San Diego Compound Management Relocation Projects
Construction Logic, Inc. completed these projects on a design build basis.  CLI teamed with Ferguson, Pape and Baldwin Architects and Randall Lamb Engineers.  The project consisted of building a new fire control zone around a process chemistry area and relocation and consolidation of the Compound Management Dept.  Work included all trades and was completed in six months.  The value of the project was 1.3$Million.
Ambrx Lab /Office Expansion
CLI provided preconstruction services for the 2nd Floor Lab Office project.  The project will consist of interior tenant improvements to existing lab and open office spaces.  The project has been approved by the City of San Diego Building Dept.  The project is on hold pending developments in their research program.
Caliber Collision Centers - National City
The project consisted of a interior tenant improvement for 35,000 sqft of warehouse and office sapce.  Work included demolition, site concrete and paving, landscaping, doors, frames and hardware, aluminum storefront, drywall, framing, interior finishes,installation of paint spray booths, wash down areas, fire suppression systems, and HVAC, Plumbings and Electrical.  The project was completed in four months.  The value of the project was $680,000.00.
Scripps Anderson Out-Patient Pavilion Exam Room Additions
Construction Logic, Inc. / TVC completed this project on a design build basis.  CLI / TVC teamed with Ferguson, Pape and Baldwin Architects and Randall Lamb Engineers. The project consisted of demo of existing office space and conversion to patient exam rooms for the Neurology Dept. Work included all trades and was completed in four months.  The value of the project was $220,000.00.

Takeda - San Francisco Tenant Improvements
Construction Logic, Inc. provided construction management services for the Phase 0, 1 & 2 tenant improvement build-outs.  CLI personnel helped the Client with preconstruction services, project cost and budget review, project schedule review, constructability reviews, value engineering reviews, field quality control reviews, Change order Review, Attend Owner meetings and manage project close-out process.  The projects were completed over an 18 month period.
Randall Lamb Office Building - La Mesa
CLI teamed with DGA Architects and Randall Lamb to complete their new corporate headquarters.  The project consisted of converting a 12000 sqft historic building in old La Mesa into modern high efficiency office space.  Work included demolition, seismic retrofit work, site concrete and paving work, installation of structural mezzanine, framing and drywall,  interior finishes, skylites, exterior facade renovations, exterior plaster and all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.  The project is LEED certified.  The project was completed in eight months and project value was $1.7 Million.

Takeda - San Diego 1st & 2nd Floor Lab Expansion
Construction Logic, Inc. completed these projects on a design build basis.  CLI teamed with Ferguson, Pape and Baldwin Architects and Randall Lamb Engineers. The Project consisted of expansion and renovations to 21,000 square feet of existing labs and support areas. Work included demolition, cold room removal, freezer farm relocation, upgrades to HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, purified gas system, lab casework, chemical fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, and private office build-out.   All work was completed in an occupied building so dust control, sound control and utility tie-ins were very important.  The project was completed in 7 months and the project value was $2.9 Million.

ChemBridge Research Labs - Design Build Lab & Office Expansion III
Project consisted of design build construction of 7,200 square feet, including a chemistry lab, offices, and support areas. Work included design, permitting, demolition, upgrades to HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, bulk chemical storage for CO2 and N2, house vacuum system upgrade, chemical fume hoods, glass wash area, lab cabinets, chemical storage rooms, H3 room, bathrooms and locker room, and architectural finishes.

Integra Neurosciences Phase 1 & 2 Construction
Phase 1 construction consisted of demolition, upgrades to HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, architectural finishes, Class 100000 clean storage area, shipping and receiving area, offices, and bathrooms. Phase 2 construction consisted of expansion and upgrades to existing manufacturing area. Work included Class 100000 lab space, glass wash area, sterile packing area, sterile prep area, equipment and personnel ante rooms, locker room, gowning rooms and bathrooms.  The project was completed in 5 months for Phase 1 and 3 months for Phase 2.  The total project value was  $740,000.00.

Canyon View Fellowship
CLI was awarded this project on a negotiated basis.  The project consisted of a eight phase tenant improvement project involving build-out of the Main Church Hall, Stage Areas, Youth Hall, Childrens Hall, Classrooms, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms, Offices, and Computer Room.  The work involved demolition, structural steel and concrete work, seismic upgrades, site paving and concrete work, wood millwork, wood framing, doors, frames and hardware, all finish trades, upgraded Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
The project was completed in 16 months with a project value of $2.6 Million.
